7 of our favourite food and fitness influencers to follow

May 1, 2018

At MOMA, our Instagram feed is full of mouthwatering recipes and healthy living inspiration (all curated in the name of research, of course). We’ve put together some of our favourite food and fitness influencers to inspire you, with just a few of the reasons why we love them so much!

Ollie’s pick — Stephen Adjaidoo

Stephen travels the world taking part in all of the best runs and munching on all the best brunches! He leads the LDN Brunch Club, a group of like-minded runners that run routes devised by England Athletics qualified running coaches. The best bit? Each run ends with brunch! Stephen’s Instagram provides endless food and fitness inspo. Plus he’s a big MOMA fan!

Andi’s pick – The Little London Foodie

Clare, aka, The Little London Foodie is a London-based blogger and influencer on a mission — to travel London, tasting all of the fantastic vegetarian food on offer. Her Instagram account is chock-full of amazing photography to tantalise the taste buds. She’s also a big football fan and loyal Chelsea FC supporter.

George’s pick – Selasi

Baker, biker and all-round great guy. You’ll remember Selasi as one of the best-loved Great British Bake Off contestants of all-time. Since his time on the show, Selasi has organised a fundraising dinner for the survivors of the Grenfell Tower fire and launched his own Deliveroo pop-up selling floral cupcakes. I’ve loved following his London marathon journey, trying out his amazing recipes and seeing him bake with fellow GBBO fan favourite, Liam Charles.

Pete’s pick – What I Ate For Breakfast

My favourite breakfast recipes on Instagram! What I Ate For Breakfast is full of inspiration to brighten your mornings. Emily, a self-confessed breakfast addict, shares her mouth-watering recipes, ideal for weekend brunch inspiration. She’s a financial analyst, so lots of her breakfast recipes are quick enough to fit into her (and my) morning routine.

Sabina’s pick – Healthy Living James

Healthy Living James shares quick and healthy gluten, dairy, egg and refined sugar-free recipes. There’s something for everyone, including people with coeliac disease, those with allergies and intolerances, vegans and vegetarians alike. Most of his creations are plant-based, so they’re perfect for when I’m trying to eat healthily.

Kate’s pick – Kim Hartwell

Kim Hartwell is a model, personal trainer and yoga teacher based in London. Her Instagram is great fitness inspiration and will keep you motivated to achieve your goals. If you’re into Yoga like me, you’ll also love her fab yoga session tips.

Mark’s pick – rundemcrew

Run Dem Crew are a group of creative heads with a passion for running! Formed in 2007 by DJ, poet and writer Charlie Dark, RDC began as an alternative to more traditional running clubs. Now, over five hundred members strong and growing daily, they meet to run and explore the streets of London and other cities around the world. They take great photos along the way too.
