Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Breakfast literally means "breaking the fast" and should provide approximately 20-25% of our daily nutritional requirements. However, it's the meal that many of us are less likely to plan, often skip and can be the least nutritionally balanced meal of the day...crazy!

Moma breakfasts are just fab,
For office, school, shop or lab.
They fill me up and keep me sated,
Even the boss is quite elated,
Because I no longer stop to snack,
I work all morning and never slack!

They are all natural, nothing nasty,
You can't say that for a Cornish pasty,
Carb-filled croissant or dry bran flakes,
They're not a breakfast for goodness sakes.
One pot of Moma makes me all fruity,
And won't add pounds to my beautiful booty!
