The Science Part...

The speed at which food is absorbed into the body, and how quickly if affects your blood sugar levels, is measured by the Glycaemic index (GI). Foods that are high on the GI have a short sharp impact on blood sugar - this can result in an energy lull. However, foods that are low on the GI have a more moderated but longer term impact on blood sugar. This has two main benefits: firstly, it means that you have the energy you need at the right levels for a longer period of time, and secondly, you feel full for longer, which means that you don't end up snacking on bad food between meals. Eating a low-fat and low GI product like MOMA can be a great way to help mange your weight.
