Flourless Fruity Oat Milk Pancakes
Simple and easy these flourless fruity oat pancakes are ready in minutes using MOMA Jumbo Oats and MOMA Original Oat Drink - perfect for a breakfast twist or evening dessert.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of MOMA Jumbo Oats
- 1 cup of MOMA Original Oat Drink
- 1 tsp of Maca powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp of agave syrup
- Toppings: coconut yoghurt, kiwi, banana, blackberries and strawberries
METHOD
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Cook in a pan with coconut oil or butter (spread all around the hot pan and flip when edges start to look hard)
- Add a layer to half of the crepe and cover with fruit, flip the other half to cover.
