What time do you rise in the morning?
6:30am

What is your alarm ringtone?
Couldn’t tell you, all I know is that it’s so annoying I just press snooze.

Do you share your early starts with anyone? (family or co workers etc.)
All my starts are spent with my wife and our 2 year old little legend Leo

Can you describe what your work is like when you first arrive in the morning?
Hectic, happy, enthusiastic – our job is to motivate the unmotivated!

If you were given an extra hour in the morning, what would you do with it?
Extra hour, hmm.. eat porridge all day long!

What is the best part of your morning?
Exercise. Exercise is my middle name. Usually, I would’ve completed two sessions before 12.

What is something you can’t go without in the morning?
Porridge! Quite simply, no porridge equals no training.

What makes your morning awesome?
My morning is made awesome by MOMA porridge obviously!

What advice would you give to someone who is definitely not a morning person?
If you’re not a morning person, I urge you to think twice without a decent breakfast porridge protein etc your metabolism wouldn’t of even started never mind be on a low – no breakfast, no metabolism, no burning calories. #1 reason for gaining weight starving your body would only put your body into hibernation forcing your body to store fat.

What motivates you to do it everyday?
I’m competitive. this is what it all comes down to – 2nd is first last place.
