Tres leches but make it ✨spicy✨

Make your day better with this dairy free chai tres leches cake 🍰

Ingredients:

For the cake:
• 1 cup plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2-3 tbsp chai blend
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup MOMA Extra Creamy Oat Milk
• ¼ cup sunflower oil

For the tres leches soak:
• 1 cup MOMA Extra Creamy Oat Milk
• 2 tsp chai blend
• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or agave

For the whipped topping:
• 1 cup dairy-free whipping cream
• 1 tbsp icing sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease or line your tin.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and chai blend.
3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
4. Stir in vanilla, oat milk, and oil, then fold in dry ingredients.
5. Pour into the tin and bake for 25–30 mins.
6. While the cake cools, make your tres leches soak: warm MOMA Extra Creamy with chai blend and sweetener.
7. Poke holes all over the cake and slowly pour the chai soak over the top.
8. Before serving, whip the cream with icing sugar and vanilla. Spread on top and finish with crushed pistachios.
