DELIVERY COSTS

We work with two delivery providers: Evri and DPD. For mainland UK orders, we offer free premium delivery (1-2 working days) on all orders over ÂŁ20, with a flat rate of ÂŁ6 for orders below ÂŁ20.

For UK non-mainland orders, we offer free delivery on all orders over ÂŁ40, with a flat rate of ÂŁ17 for orders below ÂŁ40.

DELIVERY TERMS
We shall deliver the Products to the location set out when the order was placed or such other location as we may agree with you ("Delivery Location").

We aim to deliver UK orders placed before 12:30 p.m. the next business day if placed Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) except for situations where a special delivery schedule applies (e.g. at Christmas, Easter and Black Friday). If orders are placed after 12:30 pm on a Friday, or anytime on a weekend, we will send those orders to be delivered on Tuesday.

During the fulfilment process, the delivery provider (DPD/Evri) will let you know via email when your products have been dispatched. You can track your order by clicking the provided link with the received notification email.

DELIVERY PROCESS
EVRI
Once Evri receives your parcel, they'll send you an email with your expected delivery date. In that email, you’ll have the option to leave your parcel with a neighbour, change the delivery date, choose a safe place, or request to have your parcel left at an Evri Parcelshop or locker.

On the morning of delivery, you'll receive another email with a 2-hour delivery window. This email will also provide the same options, giving you flexibility on how and where you’d like your parcel delivered.

If no one is home and no specific instructions have been given, the driver may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If a safe place or neighbour isn’t available, the driver will return the parcel to the depot and will try to deliver it two more times.

Parcelshop/Locker Delivery
If you choose delivery to an Evri Parcelshop or locker, you’ll need to bring your delivery notification and a form of ID to collect your parcel. Please note that if your parcel isn't collected within 10 days, it will be returned to us (MOMA).
Evri App

For added convenience, you can download the Evri app. This allows you to receive all notifications, track your order, manage deliveries, and set preferences for future orders all in one place.

DPD
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, the carrier (DPD) ("they") will send a text message and/or an email with the expected delivery date. Within the email, there is the option to leave with a neighbour, choose a DPD pick-up shop for the parcel to be delivered to, nominate a safe place, or request another delivery date.

On the morning of delivery, another text or email will be sent within the 1 hour delivery time and this will also have the option to leave with a neighbour, choose a DPD pick-up shop for the parcel to be delivered to, nominate a safe place, or request another delivery date.

If there is no one home and no instruction has been left, they will mark the parcel to go to the nearest drop-off shop for collection within a dedicated email to pick up the parcel.

If the parcel is not collected from the pick-up point within 7 days this will be returned to us (MOMA)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.

RETURNS
