DELIVERY COSTS
We work with DPD to offer a premium free delivery (1-2 working days) on all UK orders over £20 and a flat rate of £6 on all orders below.

For orders in the UK (non-mainland) we offer free delivery on all orders over £40 and a flat rate of £17 on all orders below.

DELIVERY TERMS
We shall deliver the Products to the location set out when the order was placed or such other location as we may agree with you ("Delivery Location").

We aim to deliver UK orders placed before 12:30 p.m. the next business day if placed Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) except for situations where a special delivery schedule applies (e.g. at Christmas, Easter and Black Friday). If orders are placed after 12:30 pm on a Friday, or anytime on a weekend, we will send those orders to be delivered on Tuesday.

During the fulfilment process, we will let you know via email when your products have been dispatched. You can track your order by clicking the provided link with the received notification email.

NOT AT HOME?
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, the carrier (DPD) ("they") will send a text message and/or an email with the expected delivery date. Within the email there is the option to leave with a neighbour, choose a DPD pick-up shop for the parcel to be delivered to, nominate a safe place, or request another delivery date.

On the morning of delivery, another text or email will be sent within the 1 hour delivery time and this will also have the option to leave with a neighbour, choose a DPD pick-up shop for the parcel to be delivered to, nominate a safe place, or request another delivery date.

If there is no one home and no instruction has been left, they will mark the parcel to go to the nearest drop-off shop for collection within a dedicated email to pick up the parcel.

If the parcel is not collected from the pick-up point within 7 days this will be returned to us (MOMA)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.

RETURNS
Something wrong with your order? Please email getintouch@momafoods.co.uk and we can refund or replace your items. Please note we do not accept returns on food and drink items.
