Shake Up Your Morning Routine: How to Make a Trendy Ube Iced Latte at Home

Looking to add a splash of color to your daily caffeine fix? There’s a new vibrant drink taking over our morning routines, and it tastes just as incredible as it looks. Meet the Ube Iced Latte. If you haven’t crossed paths with ube yet, it’s a purple yam native to the Philippines. It has a gorgeous, completely natural vibrant purple hue and a deliciously unique flavour profile—think sweet, mellow notes of vanilla met with a nutty, toasted marshmallow finish. When you pair that sweet vanilla with the rich, creamy texture of MOMA Oat Milk and a bold double shot of espresso, magic happens. The creaminess of our sustainably sourced British oats perfectly balances the ube, creating a smooth, coffee-shop-quality layered latte right in your own kitchen. Ready to level up your barista skills? Here is how to whip up this Instagram-worthy iced latte in less than five minutes.
