A firm favourite in every home, the classic combination of beautiful British oats and golden syrup combine to create our gluten-free Golden Syrup porridge pots. These individual handy pots are the perfect choice for a warming breakfast in a hurry.

Made using our signature blend of gluten-free British jumbo oats and traditional porridge oats for a creamy texture with a bit of bite. This creamy porridge is bursting with the sweetness of golden syrup for a nostalgic start to your morning. It's also high in fibre and a source of protein.

Simply add hot water to the porridge pot, stir thoroughly, wait for 3 minutes and enjoy.

Wholegrain gluten free oats (69%), skimmed milk powder, sugar, natural flavouring, salt.

Are your oat drinks made from concentrate?

No, we don’t use concentrates in our oat drinks. We want to extract all the goodness and benefits from oats. By not using concentrates our products retain their natural proteins and fibres, giving a more rounded and rich oat flavour.

Is porridge a good source of protein?

Porridge oats, such as those used in MOMA’s No Added Sugar Instant Porridge Pots, are an excellent source of natural, vegan plant-based protein. Protein is beneficial for sustaining energy, as well as helping to support muscles. MOMA’s No Added Sugar Instant Porridge Pots have 11 grams of protein per 65g pot.
